Potong wrap bulat dia. 6 inci.</li><li>
Letak sehiris telur rebus dan inti di tengahnya.</li><li>

Gaul ikan dengan serbuk kunyit dan serbuk cili.<br />2. Goreng hingga garing dan ketepikan.<br />3. Panaskan minyak sapi, tumis bawang dan pes bawang putih halia hingga wangi.<br />4. Masukkan Pes Perencah Briyani MAGGI, cili hijau dan tomato.<br />5. Tambah yogurt dan susu sejat. Tumis hingga wangi dan pecah minyak. <br />6. Masukkan ikan dan gaul rata. Ketepikan.<br />7. Rebus bahan nasi hingga 3/4 masak.<br />8. Toskan dan isi separuh nasi ke dalam periuk.<br />9. Atur briyani ikan, tabur sedikit bawang goreng, daun pudina dan daun ketumbar. <br />10.
